Fashion Statement

Damn! That spaceman has taken me to the vets and now I have this huge lamp shade around my head! He keeps telling me it's a fashion statement. Fashion statement my foot! Let me put this around his neck and see how it feels.

All I did was bite on this itsy bitsy little itch and it's ended up turning into a wound or two ... urrrmmm, or maybe three (hehehe) and he takes me to the vet. He keeps on grumbling at me for trying to bite and scratch it. Heck, it's itchy so I scratch! I don't deserve to have a lamp shade around my neck.

Worse still I heard I have to have it on for at least a week! Good god, I going to look like a idiot until then. Anyways, the vet said I contracted ring worms and because I started biting the itch, it's become a wound and she doesn't want it to spread anyway, hence the lamp shade!

I should really go bite that spaceman for putting me through this. In fact, once he gets this off my head, I will go bite him! At least I've got him carrying me around the house and feeding me by hand. That's the least the idiot could do for putting me through this.

In fact, I wonder what he's doing on the computer looking through date sites, maybe I should go tell mommy. I'll bet he's got all kinds of excuses about looking at date sites. Probably says he's doing some research on the truth about online dating and all that and that these date sites help with his research.

In fact I think I will go snitch on him to mommy ... MOOOOMMMMYYYYYYYYYY!

P.S - The vet did say that us Shih Tzu's are clever little dogs though :D

My First Tempe

Today that nasty spaceman let me try something new. Mommy was having empal penyet for breakfast (leftovers from yesterday) and there was some tempe (fermented soybeans) left over. I was usual giving them my cutest doggy look to convince them to give me some and mommy decided to give me a little tempe.

Now, I've never had tempe before but I heard long ago that some ex chief minister of the state of Selangor said that he took it to maintain a soft and smooth complexion, not that it worked, mind you.This was my first time testing tempe and I must say I loved it :) Mommy actually let me finish the entire piece but that horrible spaceman was making a fuss about me acting like miss piggy ... the nerve of him. Maybe the next time I'll just bite the idiot!

I hate festivals! I really, really hate festivals! Why can't they just celebrate without having to let off those awful, noisy and scary firecrackers all the time. I'm so scared of that awful sound! Why must they insist on blasting things that sound like world war three is going on out there? Can't they just celebrate without those crackers?

They can shout all they want but please for us small, cute, scared doggies sake, don't light up some godawful cracker! If I wasn't already shivering in fright and clinging on to mommy, I'd go bite them right now!

I heard from the Spaceman that there was this big 'boom, boom' explosion a few days back at the Empire Shopping Gallery and I was kinda worried. That shopping mall has a pet shop which the Spaceman and mommy loves to visit and I was worried that my furry little friends there would be hurt in the explosion.

I mean, the 'boom, boom' was kinda huge and they were located just underneath the exploding floor and who knows what happen to my furry buddies. But today, thanks to mommy who was surfing the internet, she came across this photo showing my furry buddies safe and sound ... woohooo ... I'm so glad for them.

I can't imagine the terror and fright they must have gone through by being so near the 'boom, boom' area. I'm glad to see that they look fine :D Look, you people who own Petsmore, if you don't have place to keep my furry buddies, you can always send them here. I know the spaceman would jump at the chance to have them here. I'll even share my food with them while they're here, well maybe not all my food la ... hahaha ...

Anyways, I'm glad that they're all alright but am sad to hear two poor hamster died in the incident. RIP you two hamsters.

A Prayer For Dommy

I heard the spaceman telling mommy that poor Dommy is not feeling too good. It's not often that annoying spaceman is serious when he talks to mommy but this time he was. He says that Aunty Anny is worried about Dommy and that Dommy has an enlarged heart with water in the lungs ... gosh, that is scary.

I hope the poor fellow gets well soon though. Even though, I haven't met Dommy, he sounds like such a nice doggy. I'm sure Aunty Anny must be worried sick about him, don't you worry Aunty Anny, I'll pray for Dommy to get well soon and be back to his normal self. You just gotta have faith. Mommy and the spaceman will also be praying for Dommy to get well.

And you better get well soon, Dommy, you hear me? I'll share some of my food with you when you get well, so get well fast.

Yellow, Yellow, Dirty Fellow ...

I heard there was going to be some yellow march or rally or whatever next week. And I heard that the humans that rule this country are making such a huge fuss about it. I also heard that spaceman was saying that if those humans that rule this country has nothing to hide or fear than they should not be too concerned about the rally. After all, they're championing for a fair and clean elections, so I don't see why the human that rule this country are so afraid of them having this march.

I guess they do have something to hide afterall. With humans, you can never tell though, unlike us cute little doggies. All we want is a nice cozy and comfy place to sleep, amongst our best buddies, though I suspect that Noel fellow on the right there is eager to join in the march too, judging by his yellow scarf and cap ... LOL!

Look what mommy bought me :D four nice little socks for my four little feet. Don't they just look awesome? Mommy is always buying me stuff unlike that you know who cheapo! I love my little socks, now when that lazy you know who cheapo takes me for a walk, I won't have to be stepping on dirty roads and I'll be the cutest and most fashionable doggy in the neighbourhood ... hehehe ...

Speaking of walkies and all that, I discovered this cool software for little doggies like me. It's called the Petometer and you can download it straight to your Android powered phone (tough luck you no good iPhone users ... LOL!). It'll be perfect for me to monitor my pace and distance, just like that you know who cheapo's little Nike+ sportsband.

Now if only I could get him to download it to his precious little HTC phone! He's such a pain when it comes to his precious little Android phone.

We're Not Going To The Mall???

I was suckered by mommy and the spaceman today. They took me out in the car today and I thought they were taking me to the mall but little did I know they were taking me to get my bum-bum jabbed at the vet!

It's my yearly vet check up and jab session and I totally forgot about it. I'm a busy dog. I've got cats to chase, brat boys to bark at and couches to sleep under and you don't expect me to remember stuff like these, do you?

If I did remember, I would have run and hide under the bed so they wouldn't be able to get me but alas, that conniving spaceman suckered me into the car by saying that we were going 'jalan-jalan' and me like a stupid little shih-tzu happily jumped in the car with him ... siggghhh ... I should have just bitten him instead ... hahaha!

Anyways it's a good thing the vet said that the jab was unavailable as there was a worldwide shortage or something, who cares, as long as no jabs to my bum-bum, I'm happy :D Instead the vet gave mommy and the spaceman some ProHeart tablets which I was to take one every month for six months until that bloody injection stock thingy circulates back in the market ... siggghhh ...

I wonder how that spaceman is going to make me take those tablets. I'm not going to make it easy for him though. I know all his little trick like stuffing it in my favourite food, like as if I can't smell the darn thing. I'm a dog, hello! I can smell pretty well, you know. I'll just give him a hard time taking that tablet, that's for sure ... LOL!

Ok, ok, truth be told, that chewy tablet did taste yummy and I really didn't give him a hard time chewing it down. I was a nice little doggy and took the tablet without fuss which did get me a small snack of yummy boiled chicken after that as a reward ... sometimes that annoying spaceman is not too bad after all :D

My Kingdom For Ice Water!

The weather is so hot these days that having my afternoon naps is just so uncomfortable. I've been trying to get that cheapskate space freak to buy me my own air-conditioning but he's been ignoring me. I'm a dog with loads of thick fur, does he know how hot it gets for me?

Besides, a cute dog like me deserves nothing but the best. All he does is buy sporting gear everytime he goes out, though to be fair, he does always get me my Greenies and snacks but sometimes a dog needs her jacuzzi and some honest to goodness air-conditioning. Or at the very least, a fridge of her own so I can get nice ice cold water to cool me down.

Actually, come to think of it, can dogs drink ice cold water? If they could, that means I can drink some nice yummy ice blended drink or something ... hmmmmm ... maybe it's time I Google and find out if we doggies can drink ice cold water or not!

Until then, I'm going to pester that cheapo space freak to install an air-conditioning system for me, failing which I shall bite his cheapo little backside!

Hello everyone, it's none other that your favourite adorable little dog ... hehehe ... How you all been doing? Fine, I hope. I've been okay, just a little lazy these days. You know la us diva dogs, we don't have much time to do much cos we have to bark at cats, yelp at the neighbors dogs and chase squirrels that try to run into my domain. And after we're done with all that, we have to get our beauty sleep :D

I'm looking forward to this week cos it's Chinese new year and that spaceman is going to be home all week for me to bully ... muahahaha! I just so love bullying that spaceman, he's such a gullible little fellow that I actually have trained him to feed me my dinner by hand :P All I need to do is put on my sad face and blink my eyes once or twice and he'll fall for it.

I know, I know, I'm an evil dog but heck, he's so dumb he deserves to be conned ... hehehe ... Anyways, I have to go now and annoy that spaceman. You all have a prosperous Chinese New year, ya and drive safe!

Hallllooooo everyone, remember me? Well, you'd better, otherwise I'd come over there and bite you ... hehehe ... Yes, I know I only blog once in a blue moon and we all know just who to blame for that, don't we?

Life has been pretty good. I've been well taken care of and I don't have much to complain. That spaceman, while busy all the time does make sure my needs are taken care off. Besides I have mommy with me all day long to pamper me too :D

Christmas is almost here and this will be my second Christmas with my new family. I'm looking forward to it. I wonder if they got me a nice huge present stashed away somewhere. That spaceman will be on leave for an entire week until next year (woohoo) and I can bug him the entire day ... LOL! He doesn't usually take such long leave and this is his first long break in ages.

Mommy and him have done loads of Christmas shopping cos I see them coming back from shopping trips with lots of bags and stuff. But this year they didn't really decorate the house, both of them are such lazy humans ... hahaha!

Fluffy Friday #45 - The Small Bully

Mommy and the spaceman went out today and I found out they went looking at other doggies! Hrrrmppphhhh, as if I'm not enough for them. It's a good thing they bought me a bag of treats otherwise I'd bite both of them ... hehehe ...

But they did get this video, not of very good quality I must say but what can one expect from that spaceman. Here's a video of the antics of two almost cute (I'm way cuter) shih tzu's. The smaller fellow is such a big bully and couldn't stop trying to fight with the bigger fellow. You can't see much from this video but the small fellow kept on persistently irritating the bigger fellow ... LOL!

Howdy folks, here I am with a quick post in god knows how long. We all know who to blame for that right?

It's been so long since I last posted here that I'm surprised it still works. The weather these days is really too hot for us doggies with loads of fur but I must say that I'm glad it's hot cos otherwise Mommy and the spaceman think I'm their personal heater and always fight every morning to see who can grab me and cuddle up with me as some sort of personal heater.

Mommy says my body is nice and warm especially for a cold morning! Hrrrmmmppphhhh! Can't they just use a blanket or something? There I am cuddled up nice and snug under the bed and the next thing I know, I'm whisked up onto the bed to act as a personal heater.

I wonder if I can report them to the SPCA for doggy abuse ... hehehe! Until my next post, happy Fluffy Friday to everyone :D

Help Us Doggies!

I was reading Auntie Anny's post today (yes, I can read ... hehehe ...) and she was talking about this PEDIGREE Adoption Drive which is raising awareness for homeless dogs. For everyone who becomes a 'fan' or 'likes' the PEDIGREE Adoption Drive on Facebook, a bowl of food will be donated to shelter dogs.

According to Auntie Anny, so far more than a million bowls have been donated, which is a lot mind you but Pedigree has a goal which is to be able to give a bowl of food to each and everyone of the 4 million dogs in shelters and rescues by the end of this year. Oh my, I didn't know there were that many dogs in shelter homes ...

Nigel at Life With Dogs wants to spread the word all over the blogsphere and he needs some help. I copied this from Auntie Anny's blog about what he had to say:

A Walk In The Park ...

Today I did something entirely new in my life. Mommy and the spaceman brought me out for a walk in the park. It's the first time I've ever stepped out so far from the house. I was a little scared at first cos everything looked so strange to me.

And that bloody heavy chain they put on me didn't help matters much. I've been trying to get them to buy me a full body harness but they've been putting it off. So to show my displeasure, I refused to move at first but then curiosity got the better of me and I just had to check out the new and strange surroundings.

I must say that I did enjoy my walk in the park. There were so many new smells and things to see. Good thing I didn't come across those cats that destroyed mommy's washing machine cover otherwise there would have been a riot ... LOL!

I hope they do decide to get me a body harness soon cos I really don't like that heavy chain. But all that aside I can't wait for my next walk in the park:D

Stray Cat Strut

How's everyone? Fine I hope :D I'm fine too. I've just finished my round of barking at the cats in the back alley and am now pretty free. Those cats in the back alley seem to love pissing me off.

They know I get irritated when they pass by yet, they insist on passing by and sitting right there by the back gate to get on my nerves. What's even worse, they've completely ruined mommy's washing machine cover which had mommy going ballistic a few days ago.

Just wait till I get my paws on them. I'll show them a thing or two about destroying mommy's washing machine cover. Nobody makes my mommy angry while I'm around! Gggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Oh and don't tell the spaceman but everytime he's away at work, I hog his chair and sleep on it ... hahaha ... Unfortunately the bum takes his laptop to work with him, otherwise I'd be blogging away and using his misrable P1 bandwidth all the way ... LOL!

Fluffy Friday # 35 - My Fluffy Bed

Hello again everyone :D It's been a while since my last post and today I get the chance to write again. That hopeless spaceman is resting for some silly race tomorrow and I get the full run of his laptop ... hehehe ...

I don't have much to write really. Life is basically the same for me and I am enjoying making that spaceman slave away for me. He may be a doofussy character at times that even mommy is stumped with his antics but he does take care of me pretty well :D

He gets me loads of food and snacks which I simply adore. In fact I want to show you my new bed he and mommy got for me from IKEA last week. The moment I saw it I was in love with it. It's so comfy and can fit me and my little pal Mac Taylor together inside.

I just love sleeping in it that I can't wait for mommy and the spaceman to go to bed so I can jump in my own bed too. Now if only I can get that spaceman to buy me a nice little dog house too ... LOL!

Look Who's Back

Yes, yes, I know I haven't posted anything in ages but we all know who to blame for that right? That spaceman has been so busy with his new office and stuff not forgetting his fanatical fitness routine that he hardly has time to fire up his laptop to let me post anything.

I had to threaten to bit him today which is why you see me writing a post here :D Things are okay with me. Life is pretty good though. Even though that spaceman is pretty busy, he does take care of my needs like buying me all my favourite food and snacks.

And besides, mommy is around to keep me company while he's out there working. She prepares all my food and sometimes I'm a little naughty and make her feed me by hand ... hehehe ... I think I'm the only little doggy in this neighbourhood that gets 'spoon' fed.

Here's a picture of some of my favourite snacks which the spaceman has bought for me. My favourite is the pink one which is called chicken crumble in gravy. I could eat tons of that but mommy doesn't feed me that everyday. She normally boils chicken and rice for me and only a few times a week I get to eat packet food.

I'm not complaining though, she does make a mean and tasty boiled chicken dinner for me. I also get a snack every morning for breakfast. That spaceman also bought me a whole packet of greenies but unfortunately I only get a greenie snack of special occasions so most of the time it's a normal snack for me.

Well, that's all from me for now. I'll write more when I can, but for now I'm just happy living life with the spaceman and mommy :D

Fluffy Friday # 27 - My Rival

Mommy and the spaceman brought me to the vet the other day for my yearly jabs. They really tricked me. I thought we were going for a car ride and the next thing I know, I was in the vet and getting my jabs. Not one jab mind you but two and the darn vet even forced a de-worming pill down my throat. The next time that spaceman asks me to get into his car, I'm going to bite him!

And worse yet, when I was there, that darn spaceman was being nice to another doggy ... hrrruuummmppppphhhhh! There I was getting jabbed and he was fooling around with this dog, the one indicated with the red arrow. There he was patting and rubbing her head and that dog was just loving it that she or was it a he, just kept following him around wanting to get her head rubbed! The cheek of that dog.

Doesn't he/she know that the spaceman belongs to me. Well, I'll let him off this time cos that dog was pretty sad and lonesome all by him/herself there. But the next time, I'll bite his sorry behind if he fools around with any other dog! Oh and mommy liked the other huge dog too, she said it reminded her of Kuning! Just who the heck is Kuning?

Fluffy Friday # 26 - I'm Back!

Hello everyone, I'm back. It's been ages since I last updated this doggy blog of mine and we all know who to put the blame on don't we? Well, in case you didn't know, the fault lies square on the shoulders of that no good spaceman!

He's been so busy that he doesn't even let me use his laptop. So today I managed to corner him and told him that if he didn't let me use the laptop to update my blog I was going to bite his sorry behind! Well, the threat worked cos here I am :D

Did you all miss me? Come on you did, didn't you ... hehehe ...

Well, nothing really much has been happening in my doggy life except that I fell sick a couple of weeks back which had both mommy and the spaceman worried. They rushed me to the vet and it turned out that I was only suffering from a case of not getting used to a change of diet.

I'm all okay now and am my usual sometimes naughty self ... hehehe ... I know it's a little late for Fluffy Friday and I haven't taken part in it for god knows how long so I'll just join in this week. I don't have much to show for my Fluffy Friday so I'll just show you my favourite apple soft toy. And don't I look charming in the picture? LOL!

Fluffy Friday #21 - RIP

I know I'm really late with my Fluffy Friday post but I can't help it. That spaceman is really busy these days and even now, I'm just barely struggling to get my Fluffy Friday postings out.

But today's post is not a happy one. I read from Auntie Marzie that Minnie, Auntie LJ's cat passed away. My condolences to Auntie LJ. It's never nice when anything dies, be it humans or animals.

So this is a really short FF posting. Hopefully next week I'll be able to post on time and of something more happier.

Fluffy Friday #20 - Guard Dog

Looks like I'm going to start another new streak of continuous Fluffy Friday postings. That spaceman is once again running around like a headless chicken doing work for his clients that he doesn't have time to let me use his lappy.

In fact he wasn't even in till late last night. I was waiting patiently at the sliding door with my buddy Hobbes next to me waiting for him to come back and there was no sign of him till about 1am! Mommy was also still awake waiting for him.

I hope he gets to complete his work soon so that he can come home at regular hours and I can bug him by barking at dogs and getting him to chase me around the house ... LOL! Oh and you can also see that my tail is getting fluffier again :D

I don't have much to say today cos mommy just gave me a nice sumptuous dinner and I'm too filled up to be blogging too much. I need to go to my favourite place near the wall behind mommy and grab a couple of winks.

Raining Cats And Dogs!

The weather these days is pretty freaky. It can be so hot in the day time and just when it hits the late evenings, it rains like cats and dogs. Hmmmm, I wonder who ever came up with the term raining cats and dogs, don't they know cats and dogs don't mix?

Anyways, normally when it's hot in the day time, I'll spend my days down in 'the office' (the floor is much cooler here) with mommy or that spaceman, when he is at home that is. He's been pretty busy with loads of work lately that he's always out running here and there. Sometimes he looks so stressed out, why can't he be like me, so calm and collected ... LOL!

Fluffy Friday #18 - Merajuking!

Okay, this is getting to be a nasty habit. I've gone four weeks in a row doing nothing but Fluffy Friday posts and it's all that spaceman's fault! He's been so busy with his work that I don't have much time to get online!

Doesn't he realize that I have things on my mind that need to be posted on my blog? What about my adoring fans (hehehe), what will they think? They probably think I'm some kind of diva (well, I suppose I am ... LOL!) and am too lazy to even do any postings.

I mean, the way things are going, I'm going to loose all my readers (that is if I have much readers to begin with) and when that happens I'm going to bit that spaceman on his behind!

Ok, this must be a record cos it's my third Fluffy Friday in a row ... LOL! Well, I've been busy being a naughty dog to post too much these days.

Well, for FF this week, I'm going to show you a rug. It looks like your everyday bathroom rug but with one exception, I peed on it ... hehehe ... I'm actually toilet trained and will go into the toilet when I need to do my business but this morning, mommy and the spaceman went out and left me alone at home so to show my displeasure, I took revenge and peed on the rug ... hehehe ...

Yes, I can be a cunning and vengeful little dog too. That's what happens when you leave me all alone at home. Actually mommy and the spaceman are also kinda smart cos normally they'd remove that rug before going out but today they forgot so what can a naughty little dog do but pee on the rug ... LOL!

Well, this will teach them not to leave me alone at home always! Hrrrmmmmppppphhhhh!

Fluffy Friday#16 - Man's Best Friend

Oh my, it's been one week since I last posted here! In fact, the last post was another Fluffy Friday post and now I'm doing another one already! Gee, where doe the time go? I don't even recall the days moving so fast.

Well, I've been keeping a low profile to keep that spaceman company. He's been depressed a little ever since some thieving person stole his car last Sunday. Yes, some idiot stole his car last week when he was out doing grocery shopping at Tesco with mommy.

It happened in broad daylight too and in the middle of a bright afternoon too. In fact, he even parked his car near the main entrance and some idiot had the gall and nerve to steal his car. If I was there, I would have bit his silly behind for stealing the spaceman's car.

He's been down the past week so I've been keeping him company along with mommy to cheer him up. That's one reason why I've been MIA. I hope you all didn't think I've been sleeping all week ... LOL! i've been doing my doggily duties of being 'man's best friend' which is why I don't have the time to write anything.

I'm hoping he gets a new car soon so I can put something fluffy in there for him :) Happy Fluffy Friday to everyone.

Fluffy Friday #15 - The Eyes Have It

I'm feeling so bad not taking part in Fluffy Friday that I just had to do a post now. I know it's a little late but that spaceman has been in pain with his arm in a sling the past two days.

But I've been participating in FF since the first day Auntie Marzie introduced it that I simply cannot not take part. So here I am, slightly late in coming up with my post. And the fact that the spaceman is much better and I don't have to take care of him is also a big factor in me doing FF today.

But I still don't have anything fluffy that I can feature. I can't feature my fluffy self cos I've had my grooming session recently and I can't feature my fluffy toys cos I've featured the already so today I'll feature my bug huge eyes instead ... LOL!

These are the eyes that I use to get that spaceman to do things for me. It always works wonders :D What do you think? You think I'm bullying that spaceman too much? You think I should go easy on him?

A Not So Fluffy Friday ...

I don't really have a proper Fluffy Friday post today cos that spaceman is in so much pain. I don't know how but he got his arm hurt pretty bad and is suffering in pain to the point that he can't even pick me up.

Mommy has been taking care of him and that bratty little boy managed to tie his arm up in a sling which he learned from his school activities. Pretty smart boy that fellow. I'm going to keep that spaceman company cos he's been a pretty good person to me.

Anyway, sorry Auntie Marzie cos I can't post anything fluffy today. I'll definitely participate next week :D

Fluffy Friday #14 - My Huge Not So Fluffy Bowl

I'm really late with Fluffy Friday this week. That spaceman has been pretty busy and the weather has been so hot that I just wanna lie somewhere cool. I really hope the weather will take a turn for the better soon with some rain pouring from the sky.

Anyways, mommy bought me a new HUGE doggy bowl for me to eat from last week. The bowl is bigger than my head and I really hope that they'll give me loads more food to justify a bowl this size ... LOL!

Ok, I need to go find some nice cool floor to lay on cos the day is heating up already. Happy Fluffy Friday everyone :D

Washing Day ...

Today is laundry day and mommy will normally wash everything she can get her hands on. Well, normally it wouldn't affect me but today mommy took all my buddies downstairs and washed them! She said they were beginning to smell from all the biting I give them.

That left me without any toys for a couple of hours but when they were finally dried out, they did come back sparklingly clean. The only thing was, my smell on them was missing. Looks like I'm going to have to bite them and drool all over them again to get them smelling to my specifications ... LOL!

Oh ya, and mommy also grabbed me and gave me a bath later in the evening. Looks like it just wasn't my toys alone that got washed!

Fluffy Friday #12 - Hot As Hell!

Wow, Friday is here already and it was only just yesterday that I did Fluffy Friday number 12! Time sure moves real fast when you're a dog. Well, it does move much faster these days with that spaceman being around more at home :D

I get to bully him and pester him to feed me all the time. When he ignores me, I just give him my huge big doe eyes trick and he always fall for it. When that happens I can get him to do all my bidding. But it doesn't always work though cos sometimes he can be in a foul mood and nothing works on him. It's times like these that I always run to mommy.

I had my hair cut recently and now I don't look so fluffy anymore, which really is a good thing cos the weather is so crazily hot these days that I'm perpetually panting. It's a good thing that spaceman and mommy's office has this nice cold tile floor which keeps me cool a little bit. But most of the time, it's just scorching hot.

I heard that spaceman telling mommy that he wants to do the naked rain dance outside and mommy just gave him the eye ... hahaha! Serves him right. Naked rain dance indeed, but then maybe he should give it a try to see if it works :D

My New Hairdo

That spaceman finally took me grooming today after ages and ages of mommy pestering him to take me. I was about to bite him already, luckily he decided to clear some time from his busy schedule and take me grooming today.

Well, I'm pretty satisfied with my grooming. He decided to cut my fur really short and I think the groomer did a good job. I'm not so fluffy anymore but I don't mind cos it's been so hot the past few weeks that I was beginning to feel uncomfortable with all that fur.

Mommy says I look like a little lamb without my fur and she does have a point :D Here are pictures of me before and after my grooming session. What do you think? Do I look like a little lamb to you too?

Fluffy Friday #12 - My Pals

I had to rush to get this Fluffy Friday post out. Ever since that spaceman started his own business he's been so busy with setting up his company and also rushing out some work for his new found clients, which is good really but that doesn't leave me time to use his laptop much.

Hmmm, maybe now that he's got his own company, he'll be able to buy me my own little doggy lappy ... LOL!

Ok, since I don't have much time to get this post done and I don't have anything really fluffy to show today except myself which I'm sure you all are probably bored of right now, I'll feature a picture of three of my pals that keep me company when that spaceman and mommy are busy.

From left is Hobbes, Mac Taylor and Scruffy. They're my pals for the times when I'm downstairs. Right now, Hobbes is my favourite pal and is top of the pal list ... hehehe ...

I have a few more pals upstairs when I'm in the room with mommy and the spaceman which is Beena Berry and No Name. Oh and I also have some chew bones which I really don't like but keep it around to keep that spaceman happy.

Hobbes, The Tiger!

This morning, mommy and the spaceman went out shopping as they always do on Sundays. It's not really a day I look forward to cos I'm left home all alone in the room. But I suppose they are nice humans have to eat too and with that bratty little boy they have living with them, their food finishes fast than you can spell food ... hehehe ... He never stops eating!

So, I don't really mind being alone at home for a few hours but I'll always show them my sad face whenever they go out just to make them feel guilty ... hehehe ... But they're such nice people and always make me feel comfortable before they go out. That spaceman will always check my water bottle and leave me some food in the room and mommy will always put me on the bed with my toys to keep me company.

They always have this guilty look on their faces when they leave me, my sad eyes trick never fails to get them every time. Little do they know I sleep all day till they get back :D

But today, I'm extra happy cos when they came back mommy bought me a little toy. She got me this nice striped tiger and I love it so much that the moment I got it, I tried to bite his head off .... LOL! That's my way of saying I love the toy. And that spaceman named the tiger, Hobbes (why am I not surprised!) seeing as how he's so crazy about Calvin & Hobbes.

Thank you mommy for the lovely Hobbes and I am so in love with it. Just keep that spaceman away from my tiger cos he might start talking to it ... hahaha ...

When Are They Going To Stop?

I heard mommy and the spaceman talking just now that the Chinese New Year is here. I'm not really sure what that is but all I know is that it's an excuse for people to explode fireworks! And I am terrified of fireworks.

I can hear loads of fireworks exploding and the safest place to be is in mommy's arms. But it's still scary hearing all those fireworks blast away non-stop and some of them felt like it was inside the house!

I wish this Chinese New Year thing would end so it will be peaceful again and I won't be so terrified and on edge all day long. But on a happier note, I'd like to wish all my blogger friends who celebrate this Chinese New Year thing a wonderful year of the Tiger :D

Fluffy Friday #11 - The Rug!

The weather is so disgustingly hot the past week and my fluffy fur doesn't help one bit. I'm so fluffy that I'm beginning to look like a rug, don't you think so? That spaceman is just so darn lazy to take me grooming.

He keeps telling mommy that he'll take me after the Chinese New Year holidays and if he doesn't I'm going to bite his lazy behind till he takes me and gets me nicely groomed. Good thing he feeds me nice tasty food which he makes himself. That at least makes up for his laziness.

So, until he takes me for grooming, I'm just going to be a part time rug in this house ... LOL! Anyone needs a cute little part time fluffy rug to lie around their house? I don't charge much, expect that I must be fed all day long ... hehehe ...

Calvin & Hobbes - An Obsession!

You know, that spaceman is crazy about Calvin & Hobbes. In fact I think he thinks he's Calvin himself. What a conceited little spaceman! Well, at least there is no denying that he's as annoying as Calvin himself ... LOL!

His obsession with Calvin & Hobbes is pretty deep. He's got the entire 10 year of Calvin & Hobbes comic strips on a CD and he reads them over and over and over. The worst part is no matter how many times he's read the strips and probably can remember them by heart, he'll still laugh like a maniac when he reads it again.

Even his laptop wallpaper is of Stupendous man aka Calvin's other alter ego. And you all know he has a blog called Spiffy, right? It's a good thing mommy was the one who named me and not him. If it was up to him, he probably would have called me Hobbes!

Happiness Is ...

A couple of days ago, I received an award called the Happy 101 from Aunty Anny. I actually wanted to post about it quite a while back but that annoying spaceman was too busy with the laptop doing god knows what that I didn't have the chance to post this award.

Well, I managed to get my paws on his laptop today and would now like to officially thank Aunty Anny for giving me my first ever award :D This award is about happiness and since I'm very happy these days, it's really appropriate for me to receive such an award.

With this award comes one little catch which is to list 10 things that make me happy. Well, that isn't at all hard to list cos I can easily think of 20 things that make me happy ... hehehe ... but I'll just stick with 10 for now :D

1. Being able to stay permanently with that slightly psychopathic spaceman and mommy

2. Seeing that spaceman and mommy's face whenever I jump on the bed to wake them up every Saturday morning.

3. Having my very own personal stuff toys to play with

4. Being able to snooze by mommy's feet as she uses the internet

5. The smell of my dinner being made

6. Getting fed by the spaceman under the table when he's eating his dinner

7. Knowing that the spaceman, mommy and the boys all adore me

8. Getting fed my favourite greenie treats

9. Barking at cats

10. Sleeping soundly under that spaceman's chair after a hearty meal

So there you have it, the 10 things that make me a happy little doggy. Thank you once again Aunty Anny for giving me my first ever award :D

Fluffy Friday #10 - My New Home

This is my first Fluffy Friday post as a permanent resident with that spaceman :D I know this picture has nothing fluffy at all in it but hey, I'm happy so who cares ... LOL!

I'm going to enjoy living here forever and bullying that spaceman into doing all my bidding. I'm so happy that I've been running around the house all day chasing and barking at cats ... hehehe ... Ok, this is a short post cos I'm so sleepy right now from having a hearty meal for dinner fixed by that spaceman much earlier this evening.

I can stay! I can stay! I can stay for good! Hoorayyyyyy, yahoooo, woohooooo, woof, woof, woof and all that! I heard the spaceman tell mommy a few days back that my previous owner doesn't want me back and that I can stay with them forever!

That has to be the best piece of news I've heard in a long time. I'm so glad that I don't have to leave this wonderful slaves ... urrrmmm ... I mean family and go back to my old place where I'll be locked up in the bathroom most of the time. I shudder just thinking of my life back then.

Now I can always have company with me all day long, well except when mommy or that spaceman go out la. Then I'll just give them this sad puppy dog look to make them feel guilty for leaving me at home all alone ... LOL!

But seriously though, I am really happy that I can stay here forever :D

Moving House

Yesterday mommy and the spaceman set up a new place for me to sleep. I always love sleeping under the bed on this Ikea storage box they have under the bed next to my sleeping basket. It's a nice little place which is right under mommy and I feel safe there.

But not anymore. Yesterday that little monster of a boy that loves pulling my tail jumped on mommy and the spaceman's bed and broke it, yes, broke it! I heard a loud crack that scared the life out of me. If I was a cat, I would have lost one of my nine lives! You can read about it in more detail at Nick's blog.

Well, the little brat got a nice tongue lashing from mommy and when mommy is angry, you'd better watch out. I ran and hid outside the room until mommy cooled down ... hehehe ... well, that spaceman managed to fix the bed back, which surprised me cos I didn't know he had it in him ... LOL!

But both mommy and the spaceman was afraid that the bed might collapse in the middle of the night so they rearranged the bed and in the process took out the Ikea storage box and my basket and put it behind the bed! Now I've lost my nice little cozy place under the bed and have to get used to a new sleeping place ... siggghhh ...

I think I'll go bite the lil monster!

Fluffy Friday #9 - So Fast!

Gee, Friday comes by real fast in a doggy's life. It felt like only yesterday that I was doing Fluffy Friday and now here I am again getting ready for Fluffy Friday number 9. What is worse I'm not even prepared for it.

But that is not going to stop me from taking part. And since I don't really have a picture of anything fluffy today, you can blame that spaceman for that, I'll just post a picture of myself which that spaceman digitally edited to look like a dry brush painting. And I do look good ... hehehe ... mommy even tied my ears into a ponytail :D

I must say that he did it pretty well, I didn't know he even knew what Photoshop is let alone be able to use it ... LOL! Just for that I'm not going to bite him :D But you can be rest assured that I'm going to make him take some nice fluffy pictures of me for next week's fluffy Friday.

Grooming & Discounted Haircare!

I like it when mommy gives me my bath. She's much gentler with me than that spaceman is. Normally when mommy gives me a bath, I won't fuss around so much cos she knows how to groom me well.

Now when it comes to that spaceman giving me my bath, I'd always run under the bed and hide out. He's really bad at this bathing and grooming thing. And he's such a cheapskate too, he'll always try and use that Discount Haircare products on me.

Do I look like a dog that uses discounted products? I'm a Shih tzu for gods sake. Like I've mentioned so many times before, we Shih Tzu's were bred for royalties and here he is trying to pass on discounted haircare products that he got with Free Shipping on Kerastase on me!

Now mommy on the other hand uses nothing but high quality stuff on me an she really knows how to pamper me after my bath. It's no wonder I always run and hide out when I hear that it's that spacemans turn to bathe me!

Fluffy Friday #8 - Where's My Head?

As usual, I'm late for Fluffy Friday. And it's all cos of that spaceman. He's been busy with some new project that he's undertaken that he spends all day sitting in front of the laptop which in turn deprives me of my computer time.

Maybe I should ask him to get me my very own laptop then at least I can post my Fluffy Friday posts on time. But then at least I still manage to squeeze in my Fluffy Friday posts, right Aunty Marzie :D

Ok, for my Fluffy Friday this week is a picture of me sleeping in my favourite position that mommy and the spaceman like to call 'the flat out' ... hehehe ... notice how fluffy I'm becoming these days that you can hardly see my face when I sleep. A Dogs Life ...

People say us dogs have it easy. That all we do is eat, play and sleep. We'll I've got news for you. Being a dog is not as easy as people make it out to be. Sometimes there really is nothing for us to do and it gets pretty boring. Besides, it's not easy trying to look cute all day ... hehehe ...

I mean, how long can I really sleep anyway. I'm not as lazy as that spaceman who just wants to sleep all day long. I suppose I could always bark at cats but then those lazy cats don't always come and disturb me in the back yard.

Well, at least I know the spaceman is going to be home more these days so I can at least go and annoy him ... LOL!

Boom, Boom!

I may not be afraid of a lot of things but there is one thing that I'm terrified of and that is lightning and thunder!

Yes, I get freaked out whenever a huge storm comes by, especially the kind that includes those loud thunder claps. This is the time I normally run to mommy and hide in her arms. Mommy is such a gem that sometimes when she hears thunder in the distance she'll come and grab me and keep me safe in her arms till the storm passes by.

Sometimes if the rain comes during the night I'll jump up on the bed in the sheets between mommy and the spaceman and they're such good people who'll let me sleep all night between them until the thunder stops. Thank god for mommy and the spaceman otherwise I'd have to huddle up by myself in some corner till the 'boom-boom' stops!

Sometimes mommy and that spaceman really have nothing better to do. This afternoon, mommy found this baby t-shirt samples that the spaceman brought home from work. She asked him if he still needed the T-shirt and he said no.

Since there really isn't any babies at home, mommy had this crazy idea to put it on me instead! Gosh, I've never had a t-shirt on before and it felt awkward but I must say that I did look good in it. What do you think? Does green suit me well or not? Maybe I'd look sweeter in pink ... hehehe ...

Fluffy Friday #7 - A Leash? For Me? You Gotta Be Kidding!

Ever since Aunty Anny sent me that lovely pink collar, that spaceman has been trying to put a leash on me and make me go for walk! How idiotic of him. Doesn't he know that I don't do walks with a leash on? What does he think I am? A mongrel?

I'm a Shih Tzu for gods sake and us Shih Tzu's were bred to be the companions of royalties at one time. We're high class dogs and he wants to lead me around with a leash? I think that spaceman deserves a good bit up his behind ... LOL!

The Gift

I'm so happy today. Yesterday mommy received a package from the Pos Laju guy. It was addressed to that pesky spaceman ... hrrrmmmmppppp ... I thought it was for me.

It was from Aunty Anny for him. Why does he get stuff and not me? It's a conspiracy, I tell you ... hehehe ... Then mommy called the spaceman and he asked her to open the package.

Upon opening it, mommy told him that his moleskin prize has arrived and wait, looked at me and said that there is something for me too.

What? A gift for me? Really? Aunty Anny has a gift for me? How cool! Aunty Anny sent me a nice pink doggie collar for me :D Wow, my first gift and I'm so happy that I could go out and kiss those pesky cats in the backyard ... LOL!

Thank you Aunty Anny, don't I look just adorable with it? Not that I made it easy for that spaceman to take a picture of me wearing it la .. hehehe ...

Fluffy Friday #6 - Who The Heck Is Jack?

I overheard mommy and that spaceman talking a few days ago about getting another little doggy? Oh my god! What's wrong with them, ain't I cute and fluffy enough? It was bad enough to make my fluffy ears perk up!

A few days ago, mommy and that spaceman went out and when they came back, they were all excited talking about someone named Jack or Jack Russell or something like that. They were saying that he looked so cute and was even thinking of getting him to accompany me.

Why would I need company? Then I'd have to share all my things with him. No way am I going to agree with having another doggy in this house. I'm the only doggy allowed here and I'm going to make sure I keep it that way. I'm the princess in this household and no dog named Jack Russell is going to infringe in my territory.

Wait a minute, I forgot to ask mommy if that Jack fellow is handsome or not ... hehehe ... it might not be so bad having a new 'man' around the house for a change :D Happy Fluffy Friday everyone.

Fluffy Friday #5 - The Cat Wannabe ...

I'm a little late for Fluffy Friday this time. I was too busy enjoying myself with that spaceman, mommy and the boys that I didn't have time to get online. But it's not too late. So, how was your new year?

If I'm not mistaken it's the year of the tiger. Whoa, I'd better stay indoors lest that big bad old tiger will devour me whole. You know la, I'm so small and cute ... LOL!

Well, in view that it's going to be the year of the tiger come 14th February, I thought I'd try to see what it feels like to be a cat, seeing as how they're descendants from the tiger family.

So, yesterday mommy put me up on the kitchen ledge to perch for a bit like how those cats do it. And I must say that it was pretty cool, though I couldn't fit my entire fluffy body up the properly. You have to blame that spaceman for that cos he's been feeding me nonstop!

No wonder those cats like sitting high up on ledges and walls cos you get a better view of the world. I think I'll stay up here for a while and pretend to be a fluffy cat for a bit ... meow, meow, meow ... hehehe ... Happy Fluffy Friday people.

I have a great pal and it is most definitely not that annoying spaceman :D I actually have quiet a few great pals at home that keep me company. I've already introduced Beena Berry to you and you've also seen Scruffy (albeit his behind) and now I'd like to introduce to you another of my pals :D

Here is Mac Taylor ... urrmmm ... mommy was the one who named him, not me. Don's ask me why he's named Mac Taylor, maybe mommy's got a crush on him ... hehehe ... Mac Taylor was one of my first pals when I first came to stay here. He holds a special place in my doggy heart though half the time I try to bite his head off ... LOL!

But Mac Taylor, you're the best sleeping pal anyone can ever have :D Woof, Woof, Woof!

Fluffy Friday #4 - A Fluffy Christmas

First of all, I'd like to wish all my readers a very Woofy Christmas :D This is my first Christmas with that spaceman fellow and I think I'm enjoying it cos he game me a Christmas midnight greenie snack. Yay!

I don't normally get fed after 8pm so this is indeed a cool Christmas surprise :D I know it's Fluffy Friday today and I was going to show Uncle Kelvin my fluffy ears but then the spaceman took me for grooming (finally) a few days back and my ears are not as fluffy anymore. So no pictures of fluffy ears for you Uncle Kelvin ... hehehe ...

In fact today I don't even have anything fluffy to show you but I didn't want to miss out on Fluffy Friday so I hope Aunty Marzie doesn't mind :D I'll come back next week with something really fluffy to show. Besides that spaceman fellow is practically blind at nights, look at the blurry image he took of me. That picture was taken of me right after I finished feasting on my greenie snack :D

That Grumpy Old Spaceman!

That spaceman scolded me yesterday ... hrrrmmpppphhh! Well, I can't really blame him seeing as how I was getting in his way all the time while he was trying to clean the place ... hehehe ... yes, I can be a naughty little doggy at times.

He got so fed up of me running around all over the place and jumping up here and there that he grabbed me and put me up the dining table and scolded me. As usual, I just gave me my blank stare and he walked off mumbling to himself and continued with his cleaning up job.

He's a smart fellow sometimes, he knows I'm afraid to jump down from too high a place, like the dining table so he left me there until he finished all his work and even then he was still grumpy so I went and hid behind the sliding door curtains to avoid his grumpiness ... hehehe ...

But then later at night he fixed me a nice meal and even gave me a treat. I suppose that's his way of saying sorry for scolding me. Hmmmm, maybe I should irritate him more often so he'll fix me more nice meals ... LOL!

Fluffy Friday #3 - My Fluffy Leg

Here I am taking part in Fluffy Friday number 3! Which is really an amazing thing. I'm sure Aunty Marzie must be really shocked ... hehehe ... And once again, I prepared this way in advance and kept it in draft. I think I should get some kind of award for the most enthusiastic dog who loves doing meme's ... LOL!

Anyway for Fluffy Friday, I'd like to show you my fluffy leg ... Yes, that spaceman still hasn't taken me for my grooming yet and if he doesn't take me this weekend, I'll really go bite him! But then, mommy loves my fluffiness and has warned him not to trim my fur too much. Hopefully he listens cos that spaceman has a habit for getting instructions wrong.

A Dogs Life

Sometimes it's great being a dog, especially a dog like me. I remember a time when I used to be locked in the toilet when everyone was at home and only let out when no one was in. It wasn't an exceptionally good life back then. Though I was treated well but I long for human companionship.

Thank god the spaceman managed to keep me for so long cos I really don't wanna go back to my previous owners. I like it here. I always have company with me all day long and I get to roam around the house at will. And when I don't feel like roaming around the house, I go to one more of my favourite places which is the main sliding door and gaze outside at people passing by.

Of course the occasional cat gets a nice woof out of me. No offense Aunty Marzie but you know us dogs and cats la, we're supposed to be mortal enemies or so it seems and I'm only following the laws of nature to bark at cats, I have nothing against cats ... hehehe ...

Fluffy Friday #2 - My Fluffy Hair

I think Aunty Marzie would be surprised to know that I'm participating in her second Fluffy Friday :D She's probably used to that Nick fellow not doing any of her memes that she thinks I'm the same. Well Aunty Marzie, I'm not like that lazy bum Nick or even that annoying spaceman.

I enjoy doing memes :D And I like this Fluffy Friday meme that I couldn't wait for you to post the McLinky codes. In fact, I even did this post way in advance and kept it in my draft even.

Ok, my picture for this Fluffy Friday is a picture of me and my fluffy head of hair which is in fact way overdue for a trim. That lazy annoying spaceman has been telling mommy that he'll take me for a grooming session soon but has not got around to doing it.

I mean look at my hair, isn't it really starting to look like Don King? How can I go around charming people when my hair looks like that? He'd better take me for a grooming session soon or I'm gonna bite his lazy behind! LOL! Hmmm ... maybe I will go and bite his lazy behind. Now where is that spaceman hiding?

Fluffy Friday #1 - My Fluffy Tail

I just started this blog and I have my first meme to complete. Aunty Marzie (why am I not surprised? LOL!) is the first person to tag me with this meme called Fluffy Friday, a meme that she created herself.

This meme is a weekly meme about anything that you would find to be fluffy and adorable (like me, for instance ... hehehe). So as not to disappoint Aunty Marzie, unlike that Nick fellow who just hates memes, I'll take part in it though I'm a bit late seeing as how I'm posting this Fluffy FRIDAY meme on a Sunday. I hope Aunty Marzie doesn't mind :D

Well, I went around looking for all things fluffy that would be appropriate for this post but really couldn't find anything until mommy suggested my tail. Yes, my tail is a little on the fluffy side at the moment seeing as how I haven't gone for my grooming session yet.

I got that lazy spaceman to take a picture of my tail. There, what do you think Aunty Marzie? Is it fluffy enough for this meme? Urmmm, don't mind the bucket in the background, that spaceman just has no eye for taking creative shots of me! Hrrruummpppphhhhh! I think I'll go bite him now ...

Three's A Crowd

This here is one more of my favourite hangouts. Right on the bed with mommy and that spaceman. Normally when that spaceman is home, it gets kinda crowded with that fat spaceman fellow in bed but when he's at work, I can have the bed all to myself with just mommy.

If only he knew I laze around all afternoon on his side of the bed and sleep on his pillow which you can see in the background he'd probably be thoroughly envious of me. But both he and mommy are really nice people cos they let me jump, sleep, roll and play on the bed anytime I like except at nights when it's time to sleep.

At nights, I head under the bed into my little doggy basket or jump up on the Ikea storage container they have under the bed. It's a little of a tight squeeze but it's oh so cozy :D

All By Myself

The weekend is here and I'm one happy dog. That means that spaceman fellow will be home and I can shadow him around the house getting in his way while he's doing the house work ... hehehe ... yes, I can be a naughty doggy at times.

The only thing I don't like about weekends is both mommy and that spaceman will leave me alone at home in the room while they go out shopping for a few hours. I really dislike being alone and the wait for them to get home can be excruciating.

But at least they leave me with lots of food and water so I won't be hungry while they're out. And I do have my favourite toys to also keep me company while they're gone.

I look forward to their return cos they always buy me a whole bag of treats :D And speaking about treats, I've run out of them already. I hope they get me more when they go out tomorrow. Yes, they're going out again and leaving me alone at home tomorrow cos I heard mommy tell that spaceman she wants to go out early in the morning.

At least the good thing about them going out is I can get my treats so it's a bittersweet feeling. Siggghhh ... did I say I like weekends?

My New Spot

Continuing on my tour of favourite places, here is one more of my recently found hideaway. Mommy and that spaceman fellow recently rearranged 'the office' and I managed to acquire a new place for me to snooze the day away. It's situated right under mommy's CPU (I hope that table is strong enough!) and it's tucked nicely in a a quiet corner of the office.

It's perfect for sleeping and makes a quick exit point in case I need to rush out and bark at those nasty little stray cats that think they own the backyard. It's a good thing mommy doesn't let me out into the backyard too much, otherwise I'll go bite them ... LOL!

And my apologies for scruffy showing you his behind. I'm too lazy to turn him around. In fact I was in deep snooze mode when that annoying spaceman fellow decided to take this unflattering picture of me. If I wasn't still sleepy, I'd go bite him!

My Hideouts

You know, I have many favourite places in this house for me to hideaway or just to snooze. Today I'm going to start letting you peek into some of my favourite hangouts :D Most of the places I like to hangout all day are always next to mommy in the day time and at nights it's next to that crazy spaceman fellow. He might be a little weird but he keeps me safe from that little 10 year old brat! LOL!

This is one of the places I hangout at for most of the morning. It located right under mommy's computer table in the what mommy and that spaceman fellow calls 'The Office'. It's nice,snug, cozy and really cooling that I could just lay down here all day and snooze.

Besides it's safe and away from the reaches of that brat whose legs by the way are shown in that picture waiting to ambush me when I come out to eat, pee, poo or play. That bear you see behind me is one of my many sleeping companions and he's called Scruffy :D

A Dog's Life ...

I've been living here in Subang for close to 4 months now and I must say that it's a BIG change from getting locked in the toilet almost all day in my previous home. I hope I never have to go back there again! I like living here. The humans who take care of me are such nice people. They buy me treats, bath me, feed me, play with me and are even so protective of me.

They practically fawn over me which is a good thing because I feel like a little princess. My day is practically spent playing, eating, sleeping under the table next to mommy while she surfs then following her up to the room for our afternoon nap. If this isn't a dogs life, I don't know what is.

These humans are easily trained. Since the time I've been here, I've got them running all over the place doing my bidding. I give them the impression that they're my masters when we all know who the real master is, right? :P It makes them happy to think they're in charge.

That fellow who thinks he is my master goes to work early in the morning, well not that early cos he is a lazy bum who actually wakes up late and only leaves for work around 9am. Mommy gets up way earlier than him to prepare the boy's breakfast and clean the house while he snoozes away. Urmmm, to be honest, I also snooze away until he wakes up ... hehehe ...

Most of the time after he leaves I run to mommy cos I'm afraid of that 10 year old little terror who terrorizes me all the time ... LOL! That's normally when I will sleep the morning away while mommy goes about whatever she does on the computer.

Well, that's all from me for now cos I just sniffed something outside that I simply must go and bark at ... woof, woof, woof!

My Name Is Pebbles

Woof, woof and a good day to you folks. My name is Pebbles and this is my blog. I'm a Shih Tzu (pronounced /ˈʃiːtsuː/ SHEE-tsoo, from Mandarin [ʂɨ́dzɨ]), a small and sturdy little dog with a short muzzle and large deep dark eyes (which I use to mesmerize my masters) and a soft long, double coat of fur.

I'm pretty short, no more than 26.7 cm but never mind, that makes me a cute little thing ... hehehe ... I'm a friendly little dog and it has been rumoured that at one time I was bred to be a companion dog for Chinese royalty! Imagine that. Some say that because I lived in the imperial palace, it gave us Shih Tzu's an arrogant quality. Hrrrmmmpppphhh! Arrogant? I wonder who made that up. If I found him, I'd bite him silly!

I'm the most loyal and devoted dog and am sweet, playful and trusting to boot. Though my master says I'm too trusting that one day some might just dognap me. Now who would want to dognap a cutey like me ... hehehe ...

As the days go by and when I can get the chance to pry that laptop away from my master, I'll tell you more about my self and my life here with my masters so do come back, ya?
